Conduire Ingénieur en géotechnique, avec plus de 50 années d'expérience en mécanique des sols. John est diplômé de l'Imperial College de Londres avec une MSc et BEng diplôme en génie civil. John est un ingénieur professionnel enregistré à Singapour. John est l'un des inventeurs du profil large du ces palplanches formées à froid.

Projets notables incluent : Bogenville Copper Mine Projet d'élimination des déchets, Territoire du Nord Projets d'uranium, N5 de l'autoroute au Pakistan et de nombreux projets de HTB de Singapour. John's les habiletés clés sont la Géotechnique et génie civil consulting et manutention des questions juridiques.

Kevin Ashdown was appointed as Managing Director of the ESC group’s business venture in the Middle East. He is responsible for setting up and running the company with the objective of expanding the Group’s global coverage to the Middle East, Africa and Southern Europe and provides complete sheet pile solutions including manufacturing, construction, design, trading and rental. Kevin obtained a Masters of Technology Degree, Bachelor of Technology degree from Massey University, Palmerston North, New Zealand.

Kevin started his career as Engineering Manager in Earth Support Company (M) Sdn Bhd from 1994 to 1996. In 1998, Mr. Kevin has promoted in control of Earth Support’s Construction subsidiary, ESC Projects (M) Sdn Bhd and give full responsibility for design, planning and implementation of all manufacturing and construction projects, both local and internationally. Beside, Mr. Kevin also implemented ISO 9000 quality systems and started to work to achieve registration.

Kevin possesses 20 years working experience in the sheet piling industry. He has undertaken various disciplines of managing and running of business operation.

Kevin graduated from Chongqing University in 1999. Since then he has worked in China Nuclear Industry 23rd Construction Company as a Welding Technicaia and Quality Engineer. Following that, Kevin worked for 4 years at BHP/Bluescope Steel Lysaght as a Quality Supervisor & CS Manager. Kevin takes the lead in the company Quality Management System (QMS), ISO Internal Auditing to uphold ESC's ISO Certification and Quality Assurance. Kevin joined ESC in 2008 and is currently the Operations Manager in the ESC Shanghai Office.

John graduated in 2010 with a 1st Class Honours Degree in MEng Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London. John started off his career in the Oil & Gas Industry, working for a Research & Development Team. In 2012, John joined ESC Group and has taken the lead on Manufacturing Process Improvement, Machine Equipment upgrading and troubleshooting, Sheet Pile Profile Optimisation.

John's key skills include Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical and Hydraulic Engineering, Finite Element Analysis, Composite Structures and Project Management. John is currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Ir Chan Hon Kit, a graduate from University of Science, Malaysia with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and registered Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia, is currently Engineering Director for ESC Foundation & Engineering Co., Ltd, Hong Kong, China. 

Chan has extensive experience in geotechnical & structural design and construction of retaining structures including slope stabilization, cofferdam, quay wall, jetty, river protection, basement and various other wall systems. 

Chan has also been involved actively in running and monitoring of numerous steel fabrication under ESC Group’s manufacturing mills covering Malaysia, China and United Arab Emirates for the past 13 years of his professional career with ESC.

Daniel graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering with a speciality in production and manufacturing from the Universidad del Caribe.  For the past 10 years Daniel has developed his career in the design, calculation and construction of steel structures. At present, Daniel is the technical comercial manager of ESC México in charge developing the ESC's market in the steel foundation solutions.

Daniel offers an extensive knowledge of the steel market and it´s management in México. His specialization of development of the deep steel foundations and implementation of sheet piles in various applications inland and ports allows him to effectively handle the local and international markets.

Lili graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from Civil engineering of Tongji University in 2006. Lili started her career in ArceMittal / Oriental Steel Sheet Pile Company, as the Technical Engineer from year 2007 to 2009, then joined the ESC group in 2010 and has worked for engineering team about 6 years.

Now, Lili works as the Engineering Manager based in Shanghai office, has mastered skills and accumulated rich experiences in design and application of sheet pile wall, combi-wall, anchor system and bracing system.

Chew graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, Malaysia with Diploma in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering. Currently taking part-time study programme in MSc in Management offered by University of Liverpool.

Chew has various quality certification such as American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Auditor, and Society of Manufacturing Engineering (SME) Lean Bronze certification. Chew current position is Quality Manager for ESC Shanghai team and responsible to ensure the product’s quality supplied from China fulfil or exceed customer expectation.

Ir Tan Hun Kin (David), a graduate from University of Science, Malaysia with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and registered Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia.

David Tan was project engineer in civil consultant firm for 5 years before joined ESC at year 2006.

Raffy is an experienced Business Development and Sales professional including strategy management in Construction, Real Estate, Food Industry and Fuel Trading company locally and internationally. He brings more than 10 years of extensive experience in local and international clients plus various commercial segments in negotiation management. He held supervisory and managerial positions within Regency Group Holding (Al Asmakh Group Qatar), Mercury Group Holding (Food Group Manila) and recently in Aboitiz Group (Real Estate & Construction Cebu).

At Regency Group & Aboitiz Group, held key managerial positions on the local & international clients in Strategy Management (Business Continuity Management, Safety & Risk Management) and Business Development & sales teams. He help Aboitiz Construction in securing significant project with international steel fabrication (Heaters & Furnace) worth of around 2M USD in Canada as one of the key milestone during his stint. Also, he also increase revenue on the Power & Energy Sector in the construction group of Aboitiz.

Raffy holds an Bachelors of Arts in Management – Major in Industrial Engineering (CHED Accredited as BSIE) in Technological University of the Philippines – TUP Manila Main. He graduated his Bachelor’s degree as Cum Laude.

Jerry graduated at Cebu Institute of Technology-University, where he was a consistent Dean's Lister and he was also one of the Top 10 Mathematician of the Year. He was a Board Topnotcher (4th Placer) on the November 2015 Philippine Civil Engineering Board Exam.

His work experience revolves around engineering design and construction. He is a licensed Civil Engineer with 3 years of experience under his belt under Makati Development Corporation (one of the biggest vertical contractors in Philippiness) as a Field and Civil Engineer and National Grid Power Corporation as a Civil Design/Cost Engineer– for construction of mid rise infrastructures, transmission towers and all associated foundation components.

Leixin graduated from Lanzhou University of Technology as a Bachelor of Materials Engineering in 2005. Leixin joined ESC group from 2008 as a QC Engineer over 7 years. Leixin obtained CWI certification in 2013 as an AWS Welding Inspector. Leixin is experienced in both welding and manufacturing fields. Leixin is currently a QC Engineer in the Shanghai Office.

Robin graduated with Bachelor of Engineering from XI’AN University of Technology in 2005, with a  major in Welding. Robin started his career in Shenzhen Chi wan Sembawang Engineering Co. Ltd (CSE) as a welding inspector from 2005 to 2011 where he completed numerous Jacket projects. Then Robin worked for McConnell Dowell Constructors (Shanghai) Pty Ltd from 2011 to 2015, with critical involvement in some prestigious projects and product development such as WebbDocks-23000T Piles, RGP6 Project-8000T modules and Roy hill-18000T Modules.

Robin joined ESC in 2015 and is currently working works a Project Manager based in Shanghai office. Robin is a certified welding and coating inspector with over 10 years experiences in quality management in production, process or quality position in the steel structure manufacture, especially in offshore industry fabrication.

Hubery graduated from Shenyang University of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering in Metal Material Engineering in 2012. He started my career in Nanjing Turbine & Electric Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd as a  sourcing specialist from 2012 to 2014. He worked in Shanghai Daesum Company as a Machine Engineer from 2014 to 2016.
Hubery joined ESC in 2016 and is currently based in Shanghai office. He works as a steel structure engineer responsible for steel detailing and survey quantities.

Joy Zhang Jiayin graduated from Hubei Polytechnic University. Joy has a total of 14 years of experience in Project Plan Management and Quality Control of Oil & Gas, Offshore Plant Piping and Steel Structures. Joy is well versed with fabrication, manufacturing and product installation processes.

Joy is a Certified Welding Inspector by American Welding Society (AWS), Certified Protective Coating Inspector by American Steel Structures Painting Council, TIS TS Charter, TIS Material, TIS Non-Destructive Testing, TIS Welding and TIS Expediting. Currently, Joy is working as a QC Engineer in the ESC Shanghai Office.
